【The first rent and Maintenance fee payment】
1.If the commencement of your contract is between 1st-14th, you shall pay on a daily basis for the rent and maintenance fee of the calendar month.
2. If the commencement of your contract is after the 15th, you shall pay (daily rent and maintenance fee of the calendar month + rent and maintenance fee for the following calendar month).

Examples：
If you move in on June 10th,
Your shall pay on a daily basis for the period June 10th - June 30th.
If you move in on June 16th,
You shall pay together the rent and maintenance fee for June 16～June 30 (on daily basis) and the rent and Maintenance fee for July.
